Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposit Policy:

50% of total tariff with taxes at the time of confirmation and the balance before check in.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is 15 days prior to the date of booking (excluding the date of occupation, – 75% would be refunded. If cancellation is 7 days prior to the date of booking (excluding the date of occupation), – 50% would be refunded. If cancellation is before or less than 2 days of booking (excluding the date of occupation), full amount would be forfeited.

Return of Advance Amount in case of Cancellation

In case request for cancellation is received before the confirmation of booking, then credit card will not be debited and you will not be billed. In all other cases, refund amount, as applicable, will be returned by cheque payable to traveller & dispatched by courier to contact address as given in the reservation request form.
In case of foreigners who have made payment from outside India, have been billed in dollars and their cards have been debited, will inform the Payment Gateway who will in turn-get in touch with Guest issuing bank to reverse the debited amount to his bill.

Identity Card at time of Check-in:

As required under law, the resort is obliged to obtain Photo Identity and proof of address of all persons checking in. Allguests are requested to carry a Passport (Must for Foreign Nationals) or a Photo Identity Card (Voter ID, Driving License or PAN Card), a copy of which may be required to be kept in the hotel record. The Resort regrets that it is entitled to refuse “Rights of Admission” if this is not complied with in the case of every guest.
